Boleron is building AI infrastructure for insurance that allows AI assistants and AI agents not only to provide information about insurance, but also to use real insurance services.
From information to a quote and an online purchase
Through Boleron's technology infrastructure, users can get information about insurance products, calculate current quotes, compare offers from insurers and move on to buying insurance online.
MCP infrastructure for AI agents
Boleron runs its own MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, through which AI assistants and AI agents can use structured insurance data and Boleron's services.
The MCP infrastructure allows an AI agent to submit the data required for a calculation, receive current quotes from integrated insurers, compare the available offers and present the results directly to the user.

How AI uses the insurance services
This way the user can go from the question “Which insurance do I need?” to comparing specific quotes and buying insurance through a single AI interface.
- For Motor Third Party Liability, AI can use the data about the specific vehicle and owner in order to obtain and compare current quotes from the available insurers.
- For Casco, AI can help the user obtain and compare offers for a specific vehicle based on the data required for the calculation and the insurers' available terms.
- For Travel abroad, quotes can be calculated based on parameters such as destination, travel period, the travellers' age and the selected insurance cover.
- For property insurance, AI can use the required data about the property and the selected cover in order to provide the available insurance offers.
Boleron in ChatGPT
Boleron has a ChatGPT app through which users can use Boleron's insurance services directly in ChatGPT.
With Boleron, the user can get and compare current insurance quotes directly in the conversation with ChatGPT, instead of visiting different websites and entering the same data over and over.

Once the data required for the specific insurance has been provided, the available offers from insurers can be retrieved for the user to compare and choose according to their needs.

Boleron's AI integration is built so that the AI assistant can be not just a source of information, but an interface to a real insurance service.
For example, a user can ask:
“Find me Motor Third Party Liability quotes for my car.”or:
“I want travel insurance for Italy for 7 days with medical cover of EUR 50,000.”
AI can collect the data required for the calculation and, through Boleron, retrieve the available insurance offers.
Voice AI – insurance now speaks
- Boleron is developing Voice AI technologies that allow customers to talk to an AI insurance assistant on the website or over the phone.
- Voice AI is also used for automated, personalised communication with customers – for example about an upcoming policy expiry, an approaching instalment or other important information about their insurance contracts.
- The goal is for customers to be able to get information and access insurance services through natural conversation, 24 hours a day.
Apple Intelligence and Siri
- Boleron uses Apple Intelligence and App Intents to make insurance services available through Siri as well.
- The user can request an insurance service by voice command, and Siri starts the corresponding action in the Boleron app through an App Intent and takes them to the service they need.
- This allows users to reach a calculation and current insurance offers faster through the voice interface on Apple devices.
