The Insurer does not cover the Insured Person's expenses and does not owe insurance compensation or an amount for the following cases:
expenses incurred without the approval of the Assistance Company or the Insurer;
when traveling for the purpose of treatment or consultation of the Insured;
use of opiates, stimulants and doping, drugs, alcohol and illness /or addiction/ to their use; alcohol poisoning; the presence of alcohol or other mind-altering agents is grounds for refusal to pay compensation and reimbursement of expenses
illnesses of any nature preceding the conclusion of the insurance contract, as well as recurring illnesses;
artificial insemination, infertility treatment, contraceptive costs;
vaccinations, issuance of medical certificates, medical examination - monitoring or diagnosis, which are part of a routine functional examination;
intentional actions of the Insured with the purpose of self-injury and causing loss of working capacity;
execution of a death sentence on the Insured;
driving of motor vehicles by the Insured with irregular documents;
medical expenses paid by the national health insurance fund
organ and tissue transplantation;
loss or delay of baggage which is detained, confiscated or reasonably destroyed by customs and police authorities;
other exclusions detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Travel Assistance Abroad insurance.
