Nikolay has over 30 years of experience in managing capital markets and funds. He has been awarded by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) for three consecutive years as the broker with the highest number of completed deals. He led the first IPO on the BSE of Investor.bg and is a board member. He participates in the management boards of companies in which he invests and is an independent director at the publicly listed Shelly Group AD.

Simeon is a Senior Level IT Professional with over 12 years of experience. He has worked and managed numerous projects related to the integration of new technologies and cyber security in international companies. Simeon has a bachelor's degree in computer science from University Nice Sophia Antipolis France and a Master's degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.

Expert with more than 12 years of experience in the fields of customer service, internal audit, anti-fraud in FIBank AD and UBB AD. Head of the Regulatory Compliance and Control function; Chairman of the specialized service for prevention of money laundering; Personal Data Protection Officer (DPO); Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Committee at BACB AD.
